Job Description

  • To Lead matters related to planning and implementation of business transfers

  • To prepare monthly inventory movement report

  • To oversee and improve cost accounting management and processes

  • To prepare annual budget and its monitoring on monthly basis

  • To prepare monthly and periodic cash flow statement

  • To check payment invoices, orders, control sheet and cheque

  • To oversee the receivable management, ageing of receivable, etc.

  • To be Responsible for funds management and Banking related matters

  • To suggest and improve in the existing SOPs

  • To oversee and implement internal controls relating to Finance & Accounts

  • To Supervise and check Bank reconciliation, Sales reconciliation and bank positions

  • To Prepare detail of expenses and comparative statement as and when required

  • To verify and supervise monthly/quarterly/annual income tax and sales tax returns filing

  • To Oversee Petty Cash management

  • To Oversee management of Employees Provident Fund

  • To update and monitor changes in the income tax / sales tax laws related matters

  • To Train, develop & motivate the subordinates

  • Any additional tasks as assigned by the management.
