Job Description (Total Position: 1)

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor with strong English communication skills and the capability to manage administrative responsibilities for a UK-based property services business. This is an on-site position at our office in G13, Islamabad, and ideal for a dedicated professional who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and visually creative.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties (Primary)

  • Draft and manage email correspondence with UK clients in fluent, formal English.

  • Review, proofread, and format property inspection reports to match UK standards.

  • Organise and manage digital files, folders, and documentation related to UK property inspections.

  • Assist in managing work schedules, coordinating tasks for field clerks, and liaising with transcribers.

  • Use productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and Jotform.

  • Perform quality checks on transcribed inspection reports and flag inconsistencies.

Video Editing Duties (Secondary, but Skilled)

  • Professionally edit videos related to property inspections, training, and marketing.

  • Apply transitions, captions, branding elements, and voiceovers to maintain high production standards.

  • Produce short-form content for internal training or external use (e.g., social media or client onboarding).

  • Ensure content aligns with UK industry tone and visual branding.

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – High-level business English is mandatory.

  • Advanced video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • High attention to detail, especially in formatting, grammar, and file management.

  • Experience using modern office and communication software (e.g. Google Drive, MS Office, project trackers).

  • Punctuality, professionalism, and reliability in daily attendance and task completion.

Desirable (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Prior experience working with UK-based businesses or property-related services.

  • Familiarity with UK English writing conventions.

  • Knowledge of the UK rental market or inventory/inspection services.

  • Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Jotform integrations, or project management platforms.
