We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager, preferably with exposure to the airline, GSA, or travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset in marketing, a proactive approach to client engagement, and the ability to lead and support a results-oriented sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to boost revenue and market presence.
- Drive B2B and B2C client acquisition.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel/cargo agents.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify market trends and create tactical plans to capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and generate detailed sales reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Proven ability to develop marketing campaigns
Requirements:
Age: Maximum 35 Years
Education: Master’s degree (Marketing would be preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Management
Must have Own Transport
