We are expanding our call center operations and looking for young, energetic individuals who speak fluent English with a neutral or American accent.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers over the phone and provide quotes for moving services.
Handle incoming calls, follow-up leads, and maintain CRM records.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and listening) — American accent is a big plus.
Confident and professional communication skills.
Young, motivated, and willing to learn (Age: 18–30 preferred).
Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pakistan Time).
Basic computer skills (CRM training will be provided).
Call center experience is a plus but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply if English skills are strong.
