We are looking for a dynamic and consumer-focused Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for one or more FMCG brands.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, increase market share, and consumer loyalty by understanding market trends and creating impactful campaigns.
He/She will be responsible to;
- Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
- Drive brand performance through ATL/BTL campaigns, new product development, and trade marketing.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams – including Sales, Supply chain, and finance – to ensure cohesive execution of brand strategy.
- Lead the development and execution of advertising, digital and packaging initiatives.
- Manage brand P&L and deliver on revenue and margin targets.
- Coordinate with media, creative, and activation agencies to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Monitor KPIs such as market share, brand health scores, campaign ROI, and customer feedback.
- Identify and launch product innovations based on consumer needs and market gaps.
- Plan and oversee promotions, sampling, merchandising, and other in-store activities.
