We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction

  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow up on customer feedback and ensure service improvement

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Bachelor\'s degree preferred (any discipline)
