Job Description (Total Position: 1)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of mobile industry products and business development; stay updated on market dynamics and drive the execution of user research projects.
  • Identify market opportunities, collect competitive intelligence, and deliver strategic competitor insights to support business and product decisions.
  • Independently lead the full cycle of consumer research, including user recruitment, research design, and execution. Conduct multi-dimensional analysis (such as market trends, competitive landscape, user personas, core needs, and purchase decision journeys) and deliver high-quality research insights and reports based on business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, user research, or market research in the mobile, consumer electronics, or internet industry;
  • Proficient in user research methodologies, processes, and familiar with both qualitative and quantitative research models and analysis techniques;
  • Strong logical thinking skills, keen consumer insight, and empathy;
  • Solid data analysis capabilities, with strong self-motivation and execution abilities;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
