We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Experience Manager eager to grow within our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both pre-sale itinerary planning, as well as post-sale coordination with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of travel plans. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting our services through social media marketing and monthly newsletters.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sale:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Research and design customized travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining options.
- Support pricing calculations to ensure competitive and profitable travel proposals.
- Present detailed proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination knowledge, and industry regulations to offer the best advice and options.
Post-Sale Coordination:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients after booking, ensuring clear communication throughout the planning process.
- Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.) to confirm bookings and manage any changes or special requests.
- Make real-time adjustments to itineraries based on client needs or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight delays, weather conditions).
- Add final details to the itinerary, such as restaurant reservations, event tickets, or guided tours.
- Ensure all aspects of the trip are documented and completed according to the checklist, providing clients with a seamless and stress-free experience.
- Follow up with clients post-trip to gather feedback and address any concerns.
Marketing and Communications:
- Create and distribute a monthly newsletter featuring upcoming promotions, travel inspiration, company updates, and exclusive offers.
- Curate visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and written articles, to enhance our online presence and attract new clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using multiple online platforms for collaboration and social media marketing

- Background or strong interest in travel planning, hospitality, marketing, or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
