We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and driving sales through excellent service and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product/service information and resolve issues
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain customer records and track interactions
- Support the sales team with daily tasks and updates
Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
